Municipal By-law Complaint Form

Please note that incomplete or anonymous complaints will not be addressed. 

To assist the Township in following up on your complaint, please provide all details relating to the matter within the fields below. 

Please be advised that Bylaw will respond based on the seriousness of the complaint and will prioritize their response with health and safety matters first. Due to high volume, please be patient and expect longer than normal wait times for a response. 

Please be advised that any documentation and information provided while submitting a complaint, can be used as evidence during an investigation.

 

Type of complaint:

If you selected NOISE under type of complaint it is required that you fill out a noise log and submit with your complaints. One time noise complaints will not be investigated, however if the source of the noise is persistent and/or ongoing you will be required to complete a municipal bylaw complaint form, select noise under type and include the Noise log form.

Have the police been to the property?
 
Have you witnessed violence?
 
Are you aware of any drugs or weapons at the location of the complaint?
 
Does the residence have any animals that the Officer needs to be aware of?
 
Is the property a rental property?
 
Is the property used as a short term rental?
 

I do hereby lay and serve complaint against the Owner of the above-noted property with respect to the following conditions that are occurring and may not conform to the By-laws of The Corporation of the Township of Brock.

I further declare that if required I will attend and testify in support of this complaint at any Court of Law in the Province of Ontario.
